Install alongside Gravity Forms
Upload the gAppointments zip through Plugins then Add New, activate it, and the new field becomes available inside every Gravity Form.
Set your schedule and services
Define services, providers, working hours, breaks and holidays from a single settings screen. Pricing and slot length live on each service.
Publish the form and take bookings
Clients pick a time, pay through your existing gateway and receive confirmations. You get a calendar view in wp-admin plus optional SMS reminders.

Does gAppointments replace Gravity Forms?
No. gAppointments is an addon that plugs into Gravity Forms, so you still need a valid Gravity Forms licence to run it. The addon adds a new field type and an admin screen for services, providers and bookings.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Any gateway that Gravity Forms already handles, including PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net and the others available through the official Gravity Forms payment addons.
Can clients and providers see their own bookings on the front-end?
Yes. Both client and service provider can view their upcoming appointments on a front-end page, so neither side has to log into wp-admin.
Do SMS reminders cost extra?
The gAppointments licence includes the SMS notification feature, but you supply your own SMS provider (Twilio is the documented integration). Message fees are charged by that provider.
Can I translate the plugin into another language?
Yes. Every string lives in the translation files and the plugin is tested with WPML and Polylang. Localised customer emails, SMS and front-end text all come through correctly.
What happens after my six months of support end?
You still get lifetime plugin updates. Support can be renewed through CodeCanyon from the same item page if you want continued direct access to the author.
