Terms of Service

These terms govern the purchase and use of the gAppointments plugin and any content on this website.

About the plugin

gAppointments is an addon for Gravity Forms that adds appointment scheduling to any Gravity Form. It is published by WpCrunch and sold exclusively through CodeCanyon.

Licence

gAppointments is sold under Envato’s standard author licences. The Regular License covers one end product that is not charged for; the Extended License covers one end product that is charged for. A copy of the current licence text is attached to every purchase confirmation from CodeCanyon and at codecanyon.net/licenses.

The Multi-site Bundle sold on this site is a purchase of four Regular Licences at a discount, and each copy is governed by the Regular License terms.

Support

Every purchase includes six months of direct support from the author. Support covers installation help, bug fixes and compatibility questions for the supported versions of WordPress and Gravity Forms. Support can be extended for a further six or twelve months through the Support Upgrade option on the CodeCanyon item page.

Acceptable use

  • Do not redistribute gAppointments outside the licence you purchased.
  • Do not remove the copyright notices inside the plugin.
  • Do not use the plugin to collect or process appointment data in a way that breaks the law where you or your customers are based.

Intellectual property

The plugin source code, screenshots, documentation and brand assets belong to WpCrunch. Your purchase grants the rights described in the Envato licence, and nothing on this site transfers ownership.

Limitation of liability

The plugin is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WpCrunch is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
